  In my opinion, the most valuable item in the Duke Papyri Collection is the The Oxyrhynchus Papyri. While this counts as only a single resource, this is a massive series, each volume containing as many as or more documents. The published collection currently stands at 75 volumes, the first in edited by Grenfell and Hunt. The Tura books have reached us, quire by quire, through the dealers. It is possible that the books were unbound when found, and placed in the corridor as piles of quaternions in antiquity. The differing page sizes allow us to assign each quire to a codex, if there is no better guide. All the texts are in Greek. Library.
